Community Involvement
Easts Rugby Union
As a local business that receives support from our local community, we are committed to reciprocating that support whenever we can. We are enthusiastic rugby supporters and Tigers for life, but our continuing sponsorship of Easts is recognition of the important role that the Club and its many volunteers play in improving the lives of the boys and girls, young men and women and adults who find at the club support, mateship, mentorship, physical and mental health and purpose.
It provides access to networks and opportunities and caters inclusively for people from all walks of life regardless of background, gender, creed or ethnicity. It gives all who wish to contribute and participate the opportunity to do so.
In a society in which many people, particularly young people, often feel isolated, alienated and marginalised, the club plays a vital and positive role in our community and one that Stara is proud to passionately support.
